Olivia AI Ltd collects the details you give us at signup, the WhatsApp messages you send Olivia, and the transaction data you authorise us to read from your bank.

Your National Insurance number is encrypted and stored separately from the rest of your profile. It is only ever used to identify you to HMRC at the moment we submit on your behalf, and is never shared with anyone else.

Bank access is read-only and can be withdrawn at any time from your dashboard. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any point.
